Support during pregnancy

Expecting a little one? Whether you are dealing with muscle or joint aches and pains, having pelvic floor symptoms, or wanting ways to prepare your body for childbirth, you do not have to navigate your pregnancy symptoms alone! I also love helping mothers stay active during pregnancy whether it may be starting a new exercise program or continuing with weight lifting and running especially as research has shown many benefits of exercise during pregnancy for mothers and their growing babies. Below are additional issues I can help treat.

  • Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

  • Mid-Low Back Pain

  • SI Joint Pain

  • Sciatica

  • Pubic Symphysis Pain

  • Hip Pain

  • Round Ligament Pain

  • Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (see Pelvic Health Rehabilitation)
